What is Alfies?

At Alfies, beverages, food, and much more are sold online at supermarket prices and – depending on the delivery area – delivered within 60, 120, or 180 minutes. Alternatively, you can choose a desired delivery time slot.

How can I order?

You can easily order online – just like in any other online store.

Do you really have supermarket prices?

Yes, our products cost roughly what you would pay at the supermarket next door. Some products cost slightly more, while others are slightly cheaper.

When do you deliver?

We accept orders for immediate delivery from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Friday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pre-orders are possible on Sundays and public holidays.

How long is the delivery time?

Depending on the delivery area, we deliver within 60, 120, or 180 minutes. In cases of unpredictable events, delays may exceptionally occur.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is generally free for orders starting from €45. For orders below that amount, we charge €3.99 in delivery costs.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is €25 (value of goods, excluding deposit, etc.).

Do I need a customer account?

Yes, you need a customer account to place an order. However, this is created in just a few steps and has several advantages: saved delivery details, stored payment info, order history, invoices, and automatic deposit returns.

Can I order by phone?

No, unfortunately our system is not designed for that.

Can I also pre-order?

Yes, you have the option to choose between immediate delivery (60, 120, or 180 minutes) and one-hour time slots.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout all of Vienna and large parts of Lower Austria, as well as in Graz and the wider surrounding area. If you want to know if we deliver to your home, please enter your address on alfies.at.

Can I return deposit bottles?

Of course. Our drivers are happy to take back deposit containers. The deposit amount is automatically linked to your customer account and credited to your next order.

Single-use Deposit: As of January 1, 2025, single-use deposits cover cans and PET bottles. Please do not crush the containers!

Multi-use Deposit: You can return both individual bottles and full crates at your doorstep. We take back all bottles, but only reimburse those we carry in our assortment.

How can I pay?

You have the choice between cash payment upon receipt or online payment via credit card, eps transfer, or Apple Pay.

Klarna: Choose between Pay Now (direct debit, instant transfer) and, for orders over €100, Pay Later (purchase on account).

Debit card: Check if your card is a debit card (recognizable by the "debit" logo). Enter the 16-digit code, expiry date, and security code.

Edenred: Select "Credit Card" at payment and enter the details on your card. Paper vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Is a tip expected?

A tip is not a must, of course. Nevertheless, our drivers are happy to receive tips.

Can I order tobacco products?

No, the delivery of tobacco products is not legally permitted.

I forgot something in my order; can I add to it?

Generally, our system is not designed to make changes retroactively. However, we will try to accommodate your wishes. You can find our contact details directly in your order overview.

I pre-ordered; can I change the delivery time?
